About
Ronnie Enoch is a soprano currently based in the UK, where she is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Opera Performance at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Voice from the Buchmann–Mehta School of Music in Tel Aviv.
Her operatic roles include Susanna (Le Nozze di Figaro) and Belinda (Dido and Aneas). Her repertoire also includes Lauretta (Gianni Schicchi), Najade (Ariadne auf Naxos) and Giulietta (I Capuleti e i Montecchi). This summer, Ronnie will perform the role of Oberto (Alcina) at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama and Anne Trulove (The Rake’s Progress) with British Youth Opera.
On the concert stage, Ronnie has performed with the Welsh National Opera Orchestra and the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, and she appeared in Brahms’ Ein Deutches Requiem with Collegium Ensemble and Mendelssohn’s Psalm 42 at Abu Gosh Music Festival.
Ronnie is especially passionate about storytelling and character work in performance, and is also active in musical theatre, having performed the role of Chava in Fiddler on the Roof with The Hebrew Theatre.
In addition to her broad stage experience, Ronnie has recently been awarded the Janet Price Opera Prize (2026), she is a runner-up of the BMSM vocal competition (2024) and a first prize winner of the Paul Ben-Haim Competition (2022). She has also received scholarships from the America-Israel Cultural Foundation, the Ronen Foundation, and the Clive Richards Foundation.
Ronnie has participated in a number of public masterclasses, including recently working with renowned mezzo-soprano Joyce DiDonato at Carnegie Hall.
She has also worked with Maestro Dan Ettinger (Teatro San Carlo, The Israeli Opera), Maestro Richard Hetherington (Royal Opera House, Covent Garden), and the renowned singers Aaron Blake, Dennis O'Neil, Rebecca Evans and Matthias Goerne.
